How long will it take to get my order?

  • Standard delivery times are up to 7 working days
  • While we do our best to deliver your order within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods. During these times, some orders may be delayed due to the additional volume. Orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

How much is shipping?

  • For orders over $30 you’ll get FREE shipping.
  • For orders under $30, there is a flat rate of $6.95.
  • Our policy is to deliver your order in a single shipment.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within Australia, using the Australia Post network.

Who will ship my order?

We use Australia Post to ship your order to you, and are bound by Australia Post requirements including tracking and authority to leave.

Where’s my tracking number?

You'll get an email from Australia Post with your tracking information within 48 hours of your order being confirmed. 

Authority To Leave

If your address is unattended at the time of delivery, and you have not provided Authority To Leave, Australia Post will leave a card confirming the nearest outlet for collection. If your order is not collected, your order will be forfeited.

What is your returns policy?

You can make a claim for a replacement or refund due to one of the following:

  • You believe that an item which was ordered by you has not been provided; or
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received
