Price of Goods and Payment

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to review and change at any time. FGB provides payment via credit card and Paypal facilities. Unless otherwise agreed, in order to receive the goods you have ordered, payment must be received by FGB by one of these methods. Upon your order being placed, FGB will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods, including the delivery fee. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices and information displayed, FGB reserves the right to accept or reject your payment offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site, or an error in your order, or we reasonably believe you have not complied with these Terms of Use, or we have previously refused to accept any order(s) from you.

Order Confirmation

Placing an order through an FGB shopping cart is confirmed by selecting goods and pressing the Confirm Order button. Orders are deemed to be received by FGB at the time of successful transmission of the order. Payment is processed at the time the order is confirmed.

Risk and Title in the Goods

Once paid for, risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery or upon collection by you.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. FGB reserves the right to limit supply on orders placed over $AUD300 as well to place limits on the fulfilment of orders, if multiple orders are placed by the same customer. This is to support as many customers as possible at times of high demand.
